    Create a positive environment
  • In your free time undertake activities you enjoy, not ones you don’t like

  • Work in a job you are happy to go to each morning.

  • Be around positive people, it’ll rub off on you.

  • Smile; Be happy


    Make time for yourself
  • Look after your Body and Mind.

  • Meditate, Exercise, Go to bed early.

  • Have one less cigarette or one less drink; listen to your body.

  • Learn something you don’t know

    Slow down
  • Live life, look around, smell the roses.

  • Every moment is real, not just those at the destination, enjoy them all

  • Whilst getting a recharge, you will also be giving a recharge. Synergies are powerful.
