- Have one less cigarette or one less drink; listen to your body.
- Learn something you don’t know
- Slow down
- Live life, look around, smell the roses.
- Every moment is real, not just those at the destination, enjoy them all

- Accept happiness is a state of mind
- Realize that external factors don’t influence your happiness, it all comes from within.
- All actions and tasks can be done with happiness, it’s the attitude you bring to the task.
- Find others who are cultivating their own happiness
- Recharge your batteries with others who are on the same journey.
- Whilst getting a recharge, you will also be giving a recharge. Synergies are powerful.
