      Great Tips.

I notice a common theme in most of them; they have to do with appreciating what we have.

      To me appreciation is

really key to happiness. I am trying to catch myself when that tendency to criticize rears its head . . . and simply appreciate things for what they are.

Not everything I experience in life is going to be ideal, so in most moments is important to replace judgment with appreciation – - – by looking at things with a universal perspective gratitude comes easier.

If only we could use a little more compassion, some dose of loving kindness, and lots of wisdom… I am sure this world could be a better place.

      Happy 4th..

Uh,,,,not kidding. I do them all every day. Is this possibly why I am so happy?

Thanks for the tips. All good advice. I am going to do them all today.

Here’s one I use several times a day, especially when things are getting a little chaotic….take a deep breath, clear your mind on the exhale and experience the moment. I just love the feeling I get when I do this.

      Hi Jerry,

I like that one too. I find it very helpful to do sometimes. Really helps to re-connect with the local area, grounding yourself in space.

      Thanks for your comment.

      Peace,

      Wade

I don’t think any human being actually works toward happiness. Rather, we evolve in our mindset, beliefs and self understanding to realize we experience it wherever we are, whenever we choose. It requires lifting the veil of illusion we create to separate ourselves from the truth.
