What’s your Intention?

PositiveYour intention is your direction. How do you have your intention set? Is it looking and promoting positive qualities, or is it pointing out negative qualities?

With one everything and everyone the intentions into contact with open and grow. With the the other, things and people shut down. The same energy is used in either way, with results making life easier or harder.

Until recently I believe I’d set my intentions in the positive direction, then, thanks to a speech watching practice, as well as love and compassion from others, I heard myself speaking, and saw what I was pointing out, was not the direction or the qualities I wanted to promote in others. It was then that I let go of my negativity, and felt the opening of release.

A recent blog post by the CHO, or Chief Happiness Officer looks at workplace complaining, or negativity, and 10 reasons why it’s considered toxic. Some reasons; “onedownmanship, becomes habitual, and makes things look worse than they are”

Life and Work maybe different, but it’s the same person who’s doing both. A mindset in one will likely be the mind set in the other. Be aware of your speech for a day, see if what your saying matches your mind. The results may shock you, but after all, it’s worth checking as Pessimisim is bad for your heart. (photo)
